Moving Forward in 2009

Its been a bit since I last blogged. I wanted to stop by quickly and share a few things with everyone regarding our ventures for 2009.

Polly & Meek is still going strong. We know that it is only through hard work and dedication that we will achieve our goal of sharing our inspirational messages with the world. The Story Contest did not go over as well as we had hoped. To be completely honest we did not get one story! I was a bit surprised by it all, but it only makes us realize we need to go back to the drawing board and revamp our marketing techniques. Obviously we are missing the mark and it is just another challenge that we are going to overcome. So keep your ears open for this contest to re-surface in the coming months.

Next, we are seeking expos to attend to interface with the public. We've not had an expo since early December, so we need to get back out there and sale some books! Looks like we may have a book reading in February; we would love it if we had expos every month, so if you know of anything let us know so we can get involved!

We continue to have things brewing in our pot of possibilities. Our next picture book titled, God Is, will be written this year and that is by far the most exciting thing I can think of for Polly & Meek right now. You'll definitely want to get a copy of this book, no doubt about it because we are taking our writing and artistry to a whole new level and the inspiring messages are heaven sent!
